Uluslararası Ticari Tahkim ve Yeni Lex Mercatoria

"İstanbul Kemerburgaz Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi olarak 20 Nisan 2013 günü "Uluslararası Ticari Tahkim ve Yeni Lex Mercatoria" başlıklı bir uluslararası konferans gerçekleştirdik. Bu kitap, bu konferansta sunulan bilimsel tebliğlerden oluşmaktadır.

Bu konferansı düzenlemekteki temel amaçlarımız hukukun görece yeni gelişmekte olan bu alanları ile ilgili farkındalığı arttırmak ve bu alanlarda çalışan bilim insanlarını Türkiye'de bir araya getirmekti. Bu eserle konferansımıza katılan değerli bilim insanlarının bu değerli katkılarını literatüre kazandırıp ölümsüzleştirmekten mutluluk duyuyoruz."

"On 20th April 2013, Istanbul Kemerburgaz University School of Law held a conference on "International Commercial Arbitration and the New Lex Mercatoria" where the answers to these questions and like have been discussed by leading experts in the field. This book consists of scientific papers presented in this conference.
