Türkiye-Bosna Hersek-Hırvatistan Hukuk Günleri" çerçevesinde sunulan tebliğleri içermektedir. 7 Nisan 2016'da Bosna-Hersek'in Saraybosna şehrinde yapılan sempozyumda her üç ülkeden akademisyenlerin sunduğu tebliğleri yayınlayarak, ülkemizde karşılaştırmalı hukuk çalışmalarına küçük de olsa katkı sağlamayı umut ediyoruz.(ÖNSÖZDEN)


This work in your hands is one of the results of the Istanbul Sarajevo
Zagreb Law Meetings and consists of the papers presented at the "5th
Turkey-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Croatia Jurist Days. We are publishing
the papers presented by academicians from all three countries at the
symposium held in Sarajevo, on 7th April 2016, hoping to make a small
contribution to comparative law studies in our country.
